Air Fryer Radishes

Crispy air fryer radishes that taste surprisingly like roasted potatoes—ready in 15 minutes and low-carb!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup radishes
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
  • Cut the radishes in half if small or quartered if large.
  • Place the radishes in a large bowl and drizzle with oil, tossing to coat the radishes completely.
  • Transfer the radishes to the preheated air fryer and air fry for 12-15 minutes, tossing halfway through the cooking time.
  • Makes 4 small (½ cup) servings.

Notes

For extra crispy radishes, add 2-3 minutes to cooking time. Make sure to toss halfway through for even browning.
