- 1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1/4 cup Peanut Butter
- 2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 2 tablespoons White Sugar
- 2 tablespoons Milk or more as needed
- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- Peanut Butter Chips optional
Preheat your oven to 350°F.
Spread the flour on a baking sheet and bake for 8 minutes, stirring once halfway through.
Allow heat-treated flour to cool completely before you proceed with the rest of the recipe.
In a medium-sized bowl, beat together the peanut butter and sugars for about 2 minutes or until light and fluffy.
Beat in the milk and vanilla extract until well-combined.
In another bowl, whisk together the flour and salt. Then add them to the batter and beat until completely incorporated and no dry streaks remain.
Add as many peanut butter chips as you want, and then refrigerate until ready to serve.
