Pour simple syrup onto a small plate.
Add the granulated sugar to another small plate.
Rim your glass with simple syrup and then dip the rim of your glass in sugar until the entire edge is covered.
Fill your glass 3/4 full with ice.
Pour the Tequila, Triple Sec, Sweet and Sour mix, and Lavender syrup into a glass; stir lightly to combine. Top it off with the Cointreau.
Garnish with a lime wedge and enjoy.
- You can also use this recipe to make a frozen lavender margarita. Just blend all the ingredients together with ice to create a slushy frozen drink.
- Add some berries or herbs, like basil or mint, for an extra flare.
- If you aren't a fan of a sweet rim, you can rim your glass with salt instead.
