- ¼ cup cocoa
- ¾ cup flour
- 1 cup sugar
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons water
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar garnish
In a large bowl mix all the brownie ingredients throughly or until the batter is smooth.
Allow the batter to rest for five minutes.
While the batter rests, preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees F.
Spray an 8" pie pan with nonstick cooking spray and pour in the brownie batter.
Air fry for 10 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow the brownies to cool completely before removing from the pan.
Dust the top of the brownies with powdered sugar before cutting into squares.
Serve and enjoy.
- The batter should be thick and not runny. If it’s too thin, add more flour one tablespoon at a time until desired consistency is reached.

- If you want to make these brownies gluten free, use your favorite gluten-free flour instead of regular all-purpose flour.
- If you are doubling this recipe, you will need to bake them in batches.
- For easy removal you can line your pie plate with parchment paper instead.
- I love to heat my brownies in the microwave for about 30 seconds and then top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
- If you don't have a pie plate, you can use a round cake pan instead, just make sure that it fits in your air fryer basket.
- You could also add coconut flakes to the brownie batter.
