- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon Mustard
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 2 cups Cooked Chicken
- 2 Stalks Celery diced
- 1/4 cup Diced Red Onion can use green onions
- 1 cup Sliced Grapes or less to taste
Mix together mayonnaise, dijon mustard, salt and pepper in a large bowl.
Add in the shredded chicken and stir until well coated.
Fold in the diced celery, red onion, and grapes until thoroughly combined.
Cover with plastic wrap and chill until ready to serve.
- Make sure that you chill your salad before serving for the best flavor.
- Feel free to adjust the amount of seasonings in this recipe to suit your tastes.
- I like to slice the grapes in half before adding them to this salad.
