Equipment

  • Large mixing bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon Mustard
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken
  • 2 Stalks Celery diced
  • 1/4 cup Diced Red Onion can use green onions
  • 1 cup Sliced Grapes or less to taste

Instructions

  • Mix together mayonnaise, dijon mustard, salt and pepper in a large bowl.
  • Add in the shredded chicken and stir until well coated.
  • Fold in the diced celery, red onion, and grapes until thoroughly combined.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and chill until ready to serve.

Notes

  • Make sure that you chill your salad before serving for the best flavor.
  • Feel free to adjust the amount of seasonings in this recipe to suit your tastes.
  • I like to slice the grapes in half before adding them to this salad.
