- 1 pound beef stew meat
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 tablespoons carne asada seasoning
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 12 corn tortillas
- ½ cup purple onion diced
- 1 jalapeño
- 1 lime
- ½ cup fresh cilantro diced
- 4 ounces pickled jalapeños
Add the beef, stock, oil, and spices to a shallow dish. Cover and place the dish in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
Remove the beef and marinade and add it to a pan that fits your air fryer basket. Cook at 400°F for 15 minutes. Stir halfway through.
Once cooked, remove the meat from the juices and place the meat on a cutting board.
Chop the meat into small pieces and combine with half the juices.
Warm the tortillas in the microwave for 30 seconds.
Add beef to a tortilla, and garnish with onion, cilantro, and jalapeños. Mix in some pickled jalapeños if desired.

- Try to cut the meat into evenly-sized pieces so that it cooks at the same time.
