Weight Watchers Orange Fluff
Weight Watchers Orange Fluff is a quick and easy dessert salad perfect for spring.

- 3 cups nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1 package sugar-free orange Jello 0.3 ounce box
- 8 ounces nonfat whipped topping
- 15 ounces mandarin oranges in fruit juice drained
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 20 ounces crushed pineapple in juice drained of excess juice
Place nonfat Greek yogurt in the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the whisk attachment. Beat the yogurt until light and fluffy, around 10 minutes.
3 cups nonfat Greek yogurt
Add the Jello and beat until fully incorporated.
1 package sugar-free orange Jello
Add the nonfat whipped topping and stir to combine.
8 ounces nonfat whipped topping
Add the mandarin oranges and pineapple. Stir to combine.
15 ounces mandarin oranges in fruit juice, 20 ounces crushed pineapple in juice
Fold in the mini marshmallows.
2 cups mini marshmallows
Refrigerate mixture for at least one hour before serving.
- Make sure that you beat the greek yogurt well. This will make for a lighter and creamier texture.
- Use sugar-free jello powder to keep the points low.
- Drain the mandarin oranges and pineapple before adding them to the mixture. If it's not drained well then then the juice will cause this weight watchers dessert to be watery.
- Refrigerate the orange fluff before serving to allow everything to set.
- I like to use Sugar Free or Fat Free Cool Whip for this creamy recipe.
Each ¾ cup serving has 3 Weight Watchers Points. This makes 10 servings.
