- 2 cups cooked chicken diced
- 1 cup broccoli florets steamed
- 4 oz cream cheese softened to room temperature
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Combine the chicken, broccoli, cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, onion powder, garlic powder and salt & pepper in a large bowl. Mix well.
Pour the mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until heated through.
Serve warm with a side salad.
