Low Carb Chicken Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients
  • 2 cups cooked chicken diced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets steamed
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened to room temperature
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine the chicken, broccoli, cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, onion powder, garlic powder and salt & pepper in a large bowl. Mix well.

  3. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top.

  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until heated through.
  5. Serve warm with a side salad.
