Pumpkin Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 5.3 oz container Pumpkin Greek Yogurt
  • 1 can pumpkin puree
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 to 2 Tbs maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 1/2 cups ice

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in blender.
  • Blend on high until smooth.
