- 1 chicken breast cut into strips
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 3 tablespoons nature’s seasoning
- 1/4 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 1 cup croutons
- 1 head romaine lettuce
- 3 burrito size tortillas
In a bowl, combine flour, seasoning, and cornstarch.
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs until combined.
Place each chicken strip in the flour mixture, then the beaten eggs, and then back into the flour coating in each process.
Place the chicken strips in the air fryer and spray the basket with oil. Cook on 380 F for 8 minutes, flip, and cook for 3 more minutes.
Chop and wash the lettuce, and add it to a bowl with salad dressing, cheese, and croutons.
On a tortilla wrap, spoon 1/2 cup of salad mixture and add 3-4 chicken strips. Roll into a burrito and serve.
- Apart from adding crispy onions, you can use panko breadcrumbs for the chicken coating for that extra crunch.
- You can use different sauce options for this wrap, such as bbq sauce, sriracha mayo, garlic sauce, or honey mustard.
- For an extra hint of freshness and zing, add a pinch of black pepper and a squeeze of lemon juice to the Caesar salad mixture.
