- ½ Large cucumber sliced
- ⅓ cup Red onion chopped
- 1 Avocado diced
- 1 Roma tomato diced
- ¼ cup Parsley chopped
- 2 teaspoons Minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Juice from ½ a lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
Put all of the chopped ingredients into a mixing bowl.
Add the seasonings and stir the salad until well-combined.
Serve the salad. You may do so immediately or after chilling it, depending on your preferences.
