Sour Cream Chicken Enchilada Casserole

This Sour Cream Chicken Enchilada Casserole, is creamy, hearty, and oh so delicious.

What you need:

cooked chicken

sour cream

cans cream of chicken soup

cheddar cheese

green chili salsa

soft taco tortillas

Prepare Baking Dish

Preheat the oven to 350 F and grease a casserole dish.

Mix Ingredients 

In a bowl, combine sour cream, cream of chicken soup and chopped chicken until well mixed. Set  aside.

Spread Salsa in Dish

Spread a small amount of green salsa into the bottom of the casserole dish, until the bottom is coated.

Add the Tortillas

Place a layer of tortillas into the bottom of the casserole dish. Tear them to fit into the corners.

Build the Layers

Top tortillas with chicken mixture, salsa, and cheese. Repeat.

Make the top Layer

The top layer should be tortillas, salsa and cheese only.

Bake 

Bake in the oven for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
