This Instant Pot Tomato Bacon Spinach Frittata is an easy and delicious way to kick-start your day!

What you need:

eggs

heavy cream

salt

pepper

Italian seasoning

fresh spinach leaves

tomato

cooked bacon

Whisk Eggs

Whisk eggs, heavy cream, and spices.

Prepare Filling 

Spray a 7 inch round pan with non-stick cooking spray and add spinach, tomato and bacon to the pan.

Combine

Pour the egg mixture over the tomato, bacon, and spinach.

Cover With Foil 

Cover the pan with aluminum foil or lid.

Place pan in the Instant Pot 

Add 1 ½ cups of water to the Instant Pot. Place pan on a trivet and lower into the pressure cooker.

Cook 

Close the lid and turn the valve to sealing position. Set to a manual high time for 15 minutes.

Release Pressure

When the cooking time has finished, do a quick release and then remove the pan from the Instant Pot.

Remove Frittata 

Remove your Instant Pot tomato bacon spinach frittata and put it on a plate.
