Equipment

  • Blender
  • Pint Sized Mason Jars

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 4 ½ tablespoons pure vanilla extract
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ cup milk any type works – whole milk creates a thicker consistency, but any will do including nut milk

Instructions

  • In a blender, mix together all of your ingredients.
  • Place your creamer mixture in two pint size mason jars. Close the lids on the jars (use metal canning lids).
  • Set the jars on the trivet inside the Instant Pot. Add 1 ½ cups of water to the Instant Pot.
  • Set your Instant Pot to High Pressure for 2 minutes.
  • Once the timer is done, do a quick release.
  • Enjoy in your hot or iced coffee!
