Mermaid Frappuccino Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 cups ice      
  • 2 tablespoon Matcha Green Tea Powder    
  • 1 cup fresh blackberries     
  • 4 tablespoon white chocolate      
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste     
  • 2 cups milk or cream      
  • 3 tablespoon sugar     
  • Mango for garnish

Instructions

  • Begin by getting two separate bowls for your ice. Put 2 cups of ice in each bowl.
  • Then, get two separate cups for the milk. Put 1 cup of milk in each cup.
  • In a mixing cup, add the first half portion of milk and 1 ½ tablespoon sugar. Stir it so that the sugar will lightly dissolve. Then, add ½ teaspoon vanilla bean paste and the matcha green tea powder to your mixing cup. Stir again to make sure everything is well incorporated.
  • In a blender, add the matcha milk mixture to the first half portion of the ice. Set the blender at high speed. Set this mixture aside first by pouring it back into a mixing cup. 
  • Put the white chocolate chips in a bowl and melt them in the microwave. Start by microwaving them in 30-second increments to ensure that you do not overheat your white chocolate chips. Stir in between each increment.
  • In a separate mixing cup, slowly add 2 tablespoons of your melted white chocolate to the remaining ½ portion of milk and add in the remaining sugar and remaining vanilla bean paste as well. Stir to dissolve sugar lightly.
  • Get your blender again and add in the blackberries, white chocolate milk mixture, and the remaining ½ portion of ice. Blend everything in a high-speed setting until you get a smooth and thick consistency. 
  • Grab a glass and rim it with the remaining white chocolate to achieve that mermaid fantasy vibe. Then, alternately spoon portions of the blackberry ice and matcha ice into the glass to have a beautiful layer of colors.
  • To finish everything up, slice up a piece of mango to add on top of your drink as garnishing.
