Bacon Cinnamon Roll Casserole

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces bacon (1/2 package) cooked and cut up
  • 1 can refrigerated cinnamon rolls
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup milk

Instructions

  • Start by cutting the cinnamon rolls into quarters.
  • Grease a baking dish (8x8) and put in the cinnamon roll pieces and cooked bacon.
  • Add in the eggs and the milk and mix. Everything should be covered.
  • Put in the oven and bake for 25-28 minutes at 375 degrees.
  • Once done, remove from the oven and top with icing.
  • Serve as is, or pair with maple syrup.
