Easy Cinnamon Sugar Air Fryer Biscuit Donuts Recipe

Equipment

  • Small bowl
  • Small plate
  • Small biscuit cutter
  • Pastry brush

Ingredients

  • 1 can biscuits
  • 4 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • Separate biscuits and lay out on a flat surface. Use small biscuit cutter to cut out circle from middle of each biscuit. Save circles to make donut holes.
  • Place biscuits in air fryer basket, making sure edges don't touch. Cook in two batches if necessary.
  • Cook at 350°F for 5 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
  • Add cinnamon and sugar to a small plate, using a fork to mix together. Brush each donut with melted butter, then dip immediately in cinnamon sugar.
  • Serve immediately.

For Donut Holes

  • Add the small circles to the air fryer basket, making sure they don't touch.
  • Cook at 350°F for 3 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Dip in melted butter and then roll in cinnamon sugar.
