Add the chocolate candy melts into a microwave-safe bowl and melt per the directions on the package.
Put 1 tablespoon of the melted chocolate into the molds. Make certain to spread it around and up the sides and leave it thick. Do this for all 12 of the molds.
Put all of them in the freezer for 5 minutes.
Remove them from the freezer and give the sides a gentle tap. This will help to loosen them to take them from the molds.
Fill half the molds with 1 tablespoon of hot chocolate mix, 1 walnut, 1 tablespoon of caramel sauce, and 8 mini marshmallows.
Put a microwave-safe plate in the microwave and heat the plate until it's warm to the touch. Then take and grab an empty chocolate mold and put it face-down on the plate to melt. Then place it on top of the other half of the filled mold to seal. You can also use melted chocolate on the edges to connect. Drizzle melted chocolate over the top of the cocoa bombs and put a walnut on top. Put back in the freezer for 5 minutes.
