Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds sliced ham
  • 8 slices Swiss cheese
  • 18 count package of Hawaiian sweet rolls
  • 1 cup butter melted
  • 1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup mustard + extra for spreading on bottom of rolls
  • 2 tablespoon poppyseeds

Instructions

  • Slice rolls in half to separate tops and bottoms. Spread mustard on the bottom rolls and arrange in two 9x9 baking dishes.
  • Tops each roll with two slices of ham. Then, cover ham with Swiss cheese slices.
  • Place top halves of rolls on sandwiches.
  • Combine the melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and poppy seeds in a small bowl. Stir well, then pour over the rolls.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least four hours, overnight is even better.
  • When ready to bake, preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Cover each dish with foil and bake for 20-25 minutes.

Notes

If making right away, reduce the sauce ingredients by half and instead of pouring over the rolls, brush onto the inside top half of each roll. Bake as directed.
