Instant Pot Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces fresh cranberries
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 3-4 tablespoons orange peel
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup orange juice

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in inner pot off the Instant Pot.
  • Close the instant pot lid and turn pressure valve to seal. Cook on manual high pressure for 6 minutes.
  • Allow for a natural pressure for 6 minutes and then let the remaining pressure out. Mash lightly before serving.
