Ingredients
  • 12 ounces fresh cranberries
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 3-4 tablespoons orange peel
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup orange juice
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in inner pot off the Instant Pot.
  2. Close the instant pot lid and turn pressure valve to seal. Cook on manual high pressure for 6 minutes.
  3. Allow for a natural pressure for 6 minutes and then let the remaining pressure out. Mash lightly before serving.
