Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked turkey breast chopped
  • ½ white onion chopped
  • 3 15 ounce cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 4 ounce cans diced green chilis
  • 4 cups chicken stock
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano leaves
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in Instant Pot inner pot.
  • Close the instant pot lid and turn pressure valve to seal. Cook on manual high pressure for 12 minutes.
  • Allow for a quick pressure.
