- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts fully cooked and diced
- 1 10-oz pkg frozen spinach cooked and drained
- 1 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 pkg Moon Cheese
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Combine chicken, spinach, Greek yogurt, and seasonings in a large bowl. Stir until mixed together.
Spoon mixture into four 7-inch ramekins. Top mixture with Moon Cheese.
Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve warm.
