Caesar Chicken Salad Sandwiches

- 3 cups shredded chicken rotisserie chicken works great
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Caesar salad dressing
- 1 red shallot diced
- ¼ cup parmesan shredded
In a large mixing bowl, add the mayonnaise and dressing.
Mix together until thoroughly combined.
Add the chicken and mix in gently.
Add the shallot and cheese, and mix until combined.
Put in a storage container and cover.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Serve on your favorite bread and enjoy!
