  • 15 oz can beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 1/2 cups tidbits with juice
  • 1 tablespoons diced green onions
  • 1/2 small diced red onion
  • 1 diced red bell pepper seeds removed
  • 1 diced jalapeño
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro leaves chopped
  • 4 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Wash and dice your veggies and place them in a large bowl.
  2. Mix In your black beans, pineapple tidbits, olive oil and lime juice and toss with your veggies.
  3. Season with salt and pepper and serve with tortilla chips.
