In a medium saucepan, add beans. Heat over medium high heat, until heated thoroughly.
Add hot sauce and remove from heat.
Add cream cheese and beat bean mixture until thoroughly combined.
Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Lay tostada shells on pan, avoid overlapping.
Spread a layer of beans over the shells, and top with cheese.
Place under a low broiler for about 3 minutes or until cheese begins to melt and shells begin to brown on the edges.
