Pistachio White Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup butter softened
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 2 3.4 oz packages instant pistachio pudding mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sift together the flour and baking soda, set aside.
  • In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugars. Beat in the pudding mix until well blended. Add the eggs and vanilla and mix well. Slowly add the flour mixture. Finally, stir in the chocolate chips.
  • Drop cookies by rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees.
