Guilt-Free Cheesecake Brownies

- For brownie layer:
- 3/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1/4 c fat free milk
- 1/2 c cocoa powder
- 1/2 c rolled oats ground in food processor or blender
- 1/2 c tagatose or stevia
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- For cheesecake layer:
- 8 oz fat free cream cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup tagatose or stevia
- Topping:
- 1 1/2 T mini chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 400°. Spray bottom of 9x9 brownie pan with cooking spray.
In large bowl, combine Greek yogurt, milk, cocoa powder, ground oats, 1/2 cup tagatose, one egg, baking powder, and salt. Mix well. Pour into prepared pan.
In a separate bowl, combine cream cheese, egg, and 1/3 cup tagatose and beat until smooth.
Pour cheesecake layer over brownie mixture.
Sprinkle mini chocolate chips over cheesecake mixture.
Bake at 400° for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven and cool completely. Store in refrigerator.
