Easy Veggie Fried Rice

- 1 T sesame oil
- 1 small onion diced
- 1 12 oz pkg frozen mixed vegetables
- 4 cups cooked brown rice
- 1/8 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1 Tbs yum yum sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 eggs scrambled (optional)
- 1/2 lb bacon cooked and crumbled (optional)
Heat wok over medium heat. Add sesame oil to wok.
Sauté onion in sesame oil until translucent. Add vegetables and cook over medium heat for 3-4 minutes, stirring continuously.
Add rice to wok and mix well.
Add remaining ingredients and stir well to combine.
Cook until vegetables and rice are warmed through, stirring frequently to prevent rice from sticking to the wok.
Serve immediately.
