These easy peanut butter protein cookies are so yummy!

Ingredients
  • cup gluten free quick oats
  • cup vanilla protein powder gluten and dairy free
  • 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • ¾ cup dairy free chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine the oats, brown sugar, protein powder, and baking powder.
  3. Add in peanut butter, eggs, and vanilla. Stir until completely moistened.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  5. Drop two tablespoon sized portions of dough onto a parchment lined baking sheet using a spoon or hand scooper.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes, and cool for 5-10 minutes before handling or serving.
Recipe Notes

Weight Watchers Freestyle = 9 Points Per Cookie for 8 Cookies. Points could be lower depending on chocolate chips and peanut butter.
