Whisk together milk, cream, cinnamon, vanilla and eggs. Pour the custard mixture over the bread cubes and turn to coat completely.
Sprinkle in the blueberries before securing the lid.
Cook for 15 minutes and natural release.
When you add the liquid to the pot, there should be some standing liquid in the bottom of the pot. If your bread is stale, it will soak up more liquid so use fresh bread or increase the liquid ingredients.
