Texas Margarita

This Texas Margarita is the perfect blend of sweet, tangy and spicy. It's the best cocktail to make for Cinco De Mayo.

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Run a lime wedge around the edge of your margarita class, and then dip the rim into the salt.
  • Add the ice to your glass and set the glass aside.
  • Pour all the ingredients except the raspberry liqueur into a cocktail shaker.
  • Shake until well combined.
  • Pour into the rimmed glass.
  • Add the raspberry liqueur and then serve and enjoy.

Notes

    • If you don't like a salt rim on your glass, you could use a lime zest and sugar mixture instead.
    • To help reduce the heat you can seed the jalapenos first, if desired.
    • You can garnish this glass with a slice of jalapeno, or a lime wedge.
