Snow Crab Salad

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice or more to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Dill Weed
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 pound Crab or Imitation Crab
  • 1/4 cup Diced Red Onion can use green onions
  • 2 Stalks Celery diced

Instructions

  • Whisk together mayonnaise and lemon juice in a medium-sized mixing bowl.
  • Chop the crab into bite-sized pieces and toss in the dressing until evenly coated.
  • Mix in the diced red onion and celery, stir until combined.
  • Add the paprika, dill, salt and pepper, stir until well combined.
  • Chill the salad for at least two hours or until ready to serve.
  • Serve on a sandwich, plain or in lettuce wraps.

Notes

  • Use high-quality mayonnaise for the best flavor.
  • Chop the vegetables as fine or coarse as you like.
  • Refrigerate the salad for at least 2 hours before serving.
  • I like to garnish this salad with chives or fresh parsley for a pop of color.
