Snow Crab Salad

- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice or more to taste
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Dried Dill Weed
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 pound Crab or Imitation Crab
- 1/4 cup Diced Red Onion can use green onions
- 2 Stalks Celery diced
Whisk together mayonnaise and lemon juice in a medium-sized mixing bowl.
Chop the crab into bite-sized pieces and toss in the dressing until evenly coated.
Mix in the diced red onion and celery, stir until combined.
Add the paprika, dill, salt and pepper, stir until well combined.
Chill the salad for at least two hours or until ready to serve.
Serve on a sandwich, plain or in lettuce wraps.

- Chop the vegetables as fine or coarse as you like.
- Refrigerate the salad for at least 2 hours before serving.
