- 8 ounces canned cinnamon rolls
- St. Patrick's Day Sprinkles
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and prepare a baking sheet with cooking spray or parchment paper.
Take a cinnamon roll and place it on the baking sheet.
Then unroll another cinnamon roll and wrap it around the 1st roll.
Place two of the smaller cinnamon rolls at the top of the larger roll to make the Mickey ears. Pinch the seams together.
Repeat until you have used all the rolls.
Bake at 350 degrees for 12 - 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and cool slightly before topping with the icing.
Once they are iced, sprinkle with St. Patrick's Day sprinkles.
Serve and enjoy.
- You want to make sure that you do not overcook the cinnamon rolls or they will be dry.
- I've found that using parchment paper or a silicone baking mat will prevent the bottom of the rolls from becoming too dark.
- Make sure that you purchase the "rolled" cinnamon rolls not the biscuit style rolls.
