- 2 yellow squash
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
Slice the squash to 1/4” thick.
Add squash to a mixing bowl. Toss in oil and spices. Fully coat the squash.
Place each slice of squash in the air fryer basket, do not place them on top of one another.
Cook each batch at 400°F for 15 minutes.
Let cool and serve.
- Ensure that the squash is in a single layer when you place it into the air fryer basket.
- If you want your squash to be extra crispy then cook for 3- 5 minutes longer.
- Keep an eye on your squash so it does not burn.
- Try to slice the squash to an even thickness so that it cooks evenly.
- For easy clean up you can spray the basket with cooking spray.
