Air Fryer Diced Potatoes

These Air Fryer Diced Potatoes are the perfect dinner side dish. They are crispy, flavorful, and perfect for picky eaters.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups russet potatoes cubed
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk olive oil, melted butter, salt, pepper, garlic, and parmesan cheese together.
  • Add cubed potatoes and mixed until they are evenly coated.
  • Place potatoes in your air fryer basket.
  • Air fry at 400ºF for 20 minutes or until potatoes are cooked through and golden.

Notes

  • Be sure to wash your potatoes well before you dice them.
  • There is no need to peel your potatoes first unless you just really want to peel them. 
  • If you want really crispy potatoes, you will need to cook them in a single layer in your air fryer basket. 
  • I recommend giving the air fryer basket a shake every five minutes or so while they are cooking. 
  • If the potatoes are cut into larger cubes then you will need to increase the cooking time by a few minutes. 
  • When the potatoes are done, the inside of them will be soft and tender. 
  • If you don't have minced garlic, you can use a teaspoon of garlic powder instead.
