- 4 cups russet potatoes cubed
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 3 tablespoons minced garlic
- 3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
In a large mixing bowl, whisk olive oil, melted butter, salt, pepper, garlic, and parmesan cheese together.
Add cubed potatoes and mixed until they are evenly coated.
Place potatoes in your air fryer basket.
Air fry at 400ºF for 20 minutes or until potatoes are cooked through and golden.
- Be sure to wash your potatoes well before you dice them.
- There is no need to peel your potatoes first unless you just really want to peel them.
- If you want really crispy potatoes, you will need to cook them in a single layer in your air fryer basket.
- I recommend giving the air fryer basket a shake every five minutes or so while they are cooking.
- If the potatoes are cut into larger cubes then you will need to increase the cooking time by a few minutes.
- When the potatoes are done, the inside of them will be soft and tender.
- If you don't have minced garlic, you can use a teaspoon of garlic powder instead.
