- 1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Gouda cheese
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Gruyere cheese
- 6 tablespoons corn-starch
- 1 cup white or rose wine
- 1 cup water or chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
Mix the cheeses with the corn starch.
Set your instant pot to sauté and add the wine, water, garlic, and lemon juice. Bring to a boil.
Once boiling, add the cheese and stir until melted.
Once melted add the nutmeg and mustard.
Dip your favorite veggies, apples, and bread in the instant pot.
