Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Gouda cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Gruyere cheese
  • 6 tablespoons corn-starch
  • 1 cup white or rose wine
  • 1 cup water or chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

Instructions

  • Mix the cheeses with the corn starch.
  • Set your instant pot to sauté and add the wine, water, garlic, and lemon juice. Bring to a boil.
  • Once boiling, add the cheese and stir until melted.
  • Once melted add the nutmeg and mustard.
  • Dip your favorite veggies, apples, and bread in the instant pot.
