Low Country Boil Foil Packets

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 pound peeled shrimp
  • 13 ounces Cajun andouille sausage
  • 8 red potatoes quartered
  • 3 ears of corn

Sauce

  • 1 stick of butter
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  • Melt the butter and add the lemon juice, Old Bay and garlic. Mix well.
  • Husk the corn and chop into 1 1/2” pieces.
  • Cut the sausage into 1” pieces.
  • Place the shrimp, sausage, corn and potatoes in a mixing bowl and pour sauce over it. Mix it well.
  • Place the ingredients onto 3 foil sheets. Double the foil for durability. Close the pouches and place on the grill. Let them cook for 20-30 minutes until potatoes can be stabbed with a fork.
  • Unwrap and eat!
