- 2 chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup pickle juice
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons corn starch
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 hamburger buns
- 6 pickle slices
Start by putting the chicken into a gallon size bag and pound them out to be about 1/2 inch thick.
Once done, cut them up into 4 pieces.
Put the chicken back into the bag and then add in the pickle juice and water. Put the bag in the fridge and let the chicken marinate for 30 minutes.
At this time, whisk the milk and eggs together.
Grab a different bowl and mix in the flour, starch, and all other spices. Grab your chicken and coat with the egg mixture first followed by the flour mixture. Make certain to use cooking oil and spray your air fryer basket.
Put the chicken in the basket and also spray the chicken with the cooking spray. Have the temperature set for 340 degrees and cook for 6 minutes. Once done, flip and cook for 6 more minutes at 400 degrees.
Put the cooked chicken on your bun and three slices of your dill pickles.
