Prepare cupcakes according to directions on box. Cool completely.
Add frosting to piping bag. Attach large star tip. Starting at the outer edge of each cupcake, begin piping frosting along the outer edge. Slowly circle in towards the center until each cupcake is fully frosted.
Place 2-3 red ball sprinkles on each cupcake.
Place the small leaf decorating tip on the end of the green writing frosting. Carefully pipe two small leaves on either side of the red ball sprinkles on each cupcake.
Finally, add a few gold ball sprinkles to each cupcake.
