  • 2 eggs
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Grease loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray, butter or Crisco if desired.

  3. Place bananas into a mixing bowl and mash.

  4. Add the cake mix and eggs to the mixing bowl and mix until well blended.

  5. Bake for about an hour or until center is done and the top is light golden brown.
