Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the middle is still soft. Take out and let them sit on the cookie sheet to cool. Enjoy!
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and prepare a cookie sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
In a medium sized bowl, add butter, brown sugar, and honey; beat on medium speed for 2-3 minutes, until creamy. Add egg and vanilla; continue to beat until well combined.
In another bowl, add oats, flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Mix together and then add to wet ingredients unitl combined.
Next, add cranberries, chocolate chips, almonds, pumpkin seeds, and raisins. Reserve some to place on top of the cookies for a prettier look. (optional) Mix with a spoon until combined.
Using a 3-inch cookie scoop or spoon, arrange 8 cookies onto the cookie sheet and press down to flatten slightly. Press in a few more pieces of trail mix ingredients.

Notes
Do not bake on airbake cookie sheets as the cookies will not turn out – use standard cookie sheets.
