Lay down wax paper and place nutter butter cookies an inch apart.
Squeeze the white icing on to the top of the nutter butter cookies and let it run down the sides. Add more icing to the top and let it run down the sides.
Apply the eyes, nose, and buttons for the snowman.
Lift up the cookies with a spatula before the icing completely dries and move to a clean sheet of wax paper. Repeat until there is no icing dripping off the sides. Allow to cool before moving onto the next step.
Use red or green icing to make a scarf around the snowman's neck on each cookie.
Lift up the cookies using a spatula to move to a clean sheet of wax paper, as done previously.
Add some sparkle gel to the bottom of the cookies and spread it around with a butter knife so it spills over the edge.
Allow icing to dry overnight and serve. Enjoy!
