Instant Pot BBQ Shredded Chicken

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 16 ounce bottle barbecue sauce
  • ½ cup water
  1. Add all ingredients to the inner pot of the Instant Pot.
  2. Seal the lid of the pressure cooker and turn the valve to sealing.
  3. Set the Instant Pot to manual 15 minutes high pressure, and then allow for a natural release to retain optimal moisture.

  4. Remove the lid from the pressure cooker and use two forks to shred the chicken.
