- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 ½ pounds pork roast cut into strips ½ inch thick
- 1 large onion sliced
- 1 green bell pepper cut into strips
- 1 4 ounce can mushrooms, drained optional
- 1 8 ounce can tomato sauce
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 ½ tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 ½ teaspoons salt
- ½ cup water
Turn pressure cooker on to saute. Add oil and then saute pork strips until lightly browned. Add onion and pepper and saute for 2 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients to pressure cooker and set to high pressure for 10 minutes.
Quick release and serve over rice.
