- 1 cup chocolate milk
- 1 Tbs creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 ripe banana
- 1 pitted date
- 4-6 frozen chocolate milk cubes*
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
*Regular ice cubes can be substituted for frozen chocolate milk cubes, but add 1 Tbs of powdered cocoa and 1/4 cup of plain or vanilla yogurt for consistency and flavor.
