Ingredients

  • 1 cup chocolate milk
  • 1 Tbs creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 ripe banana
  • 1 pitted date
  • 4-6 frozen chocolate milk cubes*

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • *Regular ice cubes can be substituted for frozen chocolate milk cubes, but add 1 Tbs of powdered cocoa and 1/4 cup of plain or vanilla yogurt for consistency and flavor.
