Ingredients

Chocolate Fudge Layer

White Fudge Layer

  • 1-1/2 cups white chocolate chips
  • ½ 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons marshmallow fluff
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3. cup rainbow sprinkles
  • Extra rainbow sprinkles to garnish

Instructions

  • Line an 8-inch square baking dish with aluminum foil.

Make the chocolate fudge layer:

  • Stir together the semi-sweet chocolate, fluff, and condensed milk in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 90 seconds and let it sit for a minute.
  • Combine well by stirring.
  • Spread the chocolate fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish. Place it in the refrigerator as you get ready to make the white fudge.

Make the white fudge layer:

  • In another microwave-safe bowl, stir the condensed milk, white chocolate, and fluff together. Place the mixture in the microwave for 90 seconds and let sit for a minute.
  • Once cool, stir well and add the vanilla extract.
  • Carefully add the rainbow sprinkles to the white fudge mixture.
  • Spread the funfetti-infused white fudge on top of the chocolate fudge layer.
  • Put additional rainbow sprinkles on top.

Refrigerate and Serve:

  • Refrigerate the baking dish for at least 3 hours so the fudge can firm up.
  • Cut the dessert into pieces and serve.
