Ground Turkey Turnovers are an easy weeknight meal that's ready in just 30 minutes! You can even eat them on the go!

What you need:

1 lb ground turkey

1/2 medium onion

3-4 mushrooms

1 tsp ground black pepper

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 green bell pepper

1 8-oz pkg cream cheese

2 pkgs refrigerated crescent rolls

Cook turkey

Brown ground turkey in a skillet over medium heat.

Add ingredients

Add onion, bell pepper, and mushrooms. Cook over medium heat. Add black pepper, garlic powder, and cream cheese. Stir until melted.

Assemble

Spoon the ground turkey mixture onto one half of each rectangle.

Seal

Fold the dough over, pressing at the seams to seal. Crimp the edges with a fork.

Bake

Bake at 375° for 11-13 minutes.
