I make spam cut in strips with a chopped onion with butter in a large frying pan til tender then add cream of mushroom soup and diced potatoes and quarter cup of milk add peas and cook til potatoes are done You could probably use any cream soup My husband loves this dish His mom made it all the time when he was growing up

Hobo dinners are one of our favorites. We also do a clean out the freezer/refrigerator and throw a bunch of stuff on the grill.

Spaghetti and skillet dishes are on our menu pretty much every week! You can bring so may new twists to them, it never gets boring 🙂
