I participated in a In-Home Party Activation on behalf of Influence Central for Weight Watchers Sweet Baked Goods. I received product samples to facilitate my review as well as a promotional item to thank me for my participation.
One of the struggles of being a Wondermom is maintaining a healthy weight. We try to eat right, get enough exercise, and run happy, efficient households. But sometimes, life gets hectic and we miss a few workouts, eat out a couple of times, and perhaps engage in a little stress-eating as we stay up late trying to get everything done. That’s why I often share tips on Wondermom Wannabe on how to squeeze in exercise even when you’re busy, how to minimize your stress, and how to eat healthy or choose indulgences that are smarter choices.
Well, I’ve found a wonderful surprise for those times when you absolutely need an indulgent dessert but don’t want to feel bad about later. I was asked to try Weight Watchers Sweet Baked Goods Salted Caramel Brownie Bliss and host a blind tasting party for some of my friends.
I had to hide the boxes before my friends arrived so that they wouldn’t know who made the dessert. I wanted each of my friends to guess who made them. One of my guests can’t eat gluten so I didn’t have her taste them. These Salted Caramel Brownie Bites have many wonderful attributes, but gluten-free is not one of them. Here are some of their reactions when they tried them:
Some of their comments when they were tasting them were that the brownie was really rich and dense. Though one guest wanted more salt in her salted caramel, everyone thought they tasted very good. To me, they are the perfect combination of sweet and salty with just the right proportion of brownie and caramel. I had each of my guests write down their guesses and put them in the jar.
Not a single one of my guests guessed correctly. I guess the thick, chewy brownie, gooey caramel and hint of salt didn’t make anyone think of watching their weight. This was one of my guest’s reactions after finding out that these Salted Caramel Brownie Bliss were a Weight Watchers Sweet Baked goods product with only 90 calories (and a Weight Watchers PointsPlus value of 2 points) per brownie.
If you want to host your own Try and Reveal party (or just want to stock up on some treats for yourself), you can find Weight Watchers Sweet Baked Goods at most grocery stores. Though I used Salted Caramel Brownie Bliss, there are several other flavors to choose from:
- Triple Chocolate Brownie Bliss

- Red Velvet Creme Cake
- Carrot Creme Cake
- Chocolate Brownie
- Coffee Cake
Even better, now through May 31, you can take part in the Tasting is Believing Challenge. You can purchase and try any Weight Watchers Sweet Baked Goods treat and if you don’t love it, you can get your money back.
