Well that was a major oversight on my part. Thanks for the catch! The chopped onions go on right over the ribs once you&#039;ve put them in the slow cooker. Sautéing them in the sear pan AFTER the ribs are done will give you a slightly sweeter flavor if you&#039;re willing to take the extra couple of minutes. Updating the post and recipe card now. Thanks again for pointing out the missing information.]]></description>
